Order Processing & Shipping

We strive to carefully package and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow time for order processing before your items are shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and carrier delays.

Pre-Order & Back-Order Items

Items marked PRE-ORDER or BACK-ORDER may not be available for immediate shipment. Before placing your order, please read the product description for each item marked PRE-ORDER or BACK-ORDER to understand its expected release date or estimated availability.

Please note that release dates and availability estimates are subject to change due to publisher delays, distributor availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders Containing Pre-Order or Back-Order Items

Orders containing one or more PRE-ORDER or BACK-ORDER items will be shipped together once the final outstanding item in the order becomes available and can be fulfilled.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order or back-order items, your in-stock items will be held until the entire order is ready to ship. We do not ship partial orders separately unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.

Shipping Delays

Although we do our best to meet estimated shipping and availability dates, delays may occur due to publishers, distributors, shipping carriers, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
