4. Pricing and Payment

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is accepted for fulfillment. 5. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders
Products marked PRE-ORDER or BACK-ORDER are not necessarily available for immediate shipment.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description of each item marked PRE-ORDER or BACK-ORDER before purchasing. Product descriptions may include estimated release dates, expected availability dates, or other relevant fulfillment information.
Release dates and availability estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Publishers, distributors, manufacturers, and other suppliers may change release dates or delay fulfillment.
Orders Containing Pre-Order or Back-Order Items
Any order containing one or more PRE-ORDER or BACK-ORDER items will be shipped together once the final outstanding pre-order or back-order item in the order becomes available and can be fulfilled.
In-stock items included in the same order will be held until all outstanding items are ready to ship. We do not automatically ship available items separately.
Customers who want in-stock products sooner should place a separate order for those products.
By placing an order containing a pre-order or back-order item, you acknowledge and accept these fulfillment terms.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate and complete.
Shipping costs, available delivery methods, and applicable estimated delivery windows will be presented during checkout when available.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, weather, publisher or distributor delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
If your order contains pre-order or back-order items, the combined-order shipping policy in Section 5 applies.
7. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.
Please review your order, product descriptions, editions, quantities, and estimated release dates carefully before completing your purchase.
We do not voluntarily offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, accidental orders, duplicate orders, incorrect product selections, or delays in publisher release dates or product availability.
Pre-order and back-order purchases are subject to this policy, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and provide any remedy required by applicable law. Contacting us does not guarantee a refund, return, or replacement where none is legally required.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun, except where required by applicable law or otherwise approved by us.
Pre-order and back-order cancellation requests are subject to the applicable product terms, any clearly disclosed cancellation restrictions, and applicable law.
We reserve the right to cancel orders when permitted by law due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or other legitimate circumstances.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide any refund required by applicable law.
