Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. All cancellation requests are subject to the terms outlined below and applicable law.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible, except where required by law or otherwise approved by our store.

Pre-Orders

Items marked PRE-ORDER are products expected to be released or made available at a future date.

Before placing a pre-order, customers are responsible for reviewing the product description for the estimated release date and any relevant product details.

Pre-order cancellation requests must be submitted before the order enters processing or fulfillment. We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests after processing has begun, except where cancellation is required by applicable law.

Publisher release dates are estimates and may change due to delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Back-Orders

Items marked BACK-ORDER are temporarily unavailable for immediate shipment and are expected to become available at a later date.

Please review the product description for the estimated availability of back-order items before purchasing.

Cancellation requests for back-order items must be submitted before processing or fulfillment begins. Requests made after processing has begun may be declined, except where required by applicable law.

Orders Containing Multiple Items

Orders containing in-stock items alongside pre-order or back-order items will be shipped together once the final outstanding item becomes available and can be fulfilled.

If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those products.

Requests to cancel individual items from an order may be declined once processing or fulfillment has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases

If our store offers subscriptions or recurring purchases, the cancellation terms applicable to those purchase options will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in the relevant product description.

Customers are responsible for canceling recurring purchases before the applicable renewal or processing deadline. Cancellation of a recurring purchase does not automatically cancel an order that has already entered processing or fulfillment.

Any mandatory cancellation rights under applicable law will be honored.

Refunds Following Cancellation

All sales are final. We do not voluntarily offer refunds for canceled orders, except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly approved by our store.

If we approve a cancellation or cancel an order ourselves, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

This policy does not eliminate any non-waivable consumer rights.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, contact us through our store's contact page as soon as possible. Include your order number and the item or items you wish to cancel.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that the cancellation will be approved. We will review the request based on the order's processing status and applicable legal requirements.
